If you feel that Many of your SCCM Clients are not reporting to management point or not getting any updates / Policies , then it is a good practice to Check the management is up and running . Use this command to check the same :
http://<ServerName>/sms_mp/.sms_aut?mplist
For Native Mode :
https://<ServerName>/sms_mp/.sms_aut?mplist
